Su camino fue siempre hacia el management, haciendo sus primeros pasos en ART Grand Prix divisi\u00f3n de karting como Marketing&amp;Team manager. Al poco ya firm\u00f3 con el actual piloto de FE S\u00e9rgio Sette C\u00e2mara, con quien estuvo trabajando de manera exclusiva a lo largo de siete a\u00f1os hasta el a\u00f1o 2020. Actualmente Albert se ocupa de la carrera deportiva de Cl\u00e9ment Novalak, siendo este 2022 el tercer a\u00f1o juntos.<\/p><p>Albert es especialista en negociar contratos y hacer progresar las carreras de los pilotos. Para ello considera fundamental crear un equipo de trabajo alrededor del verdadero protagonista. Crear oportunidades y gestionarlas de la mejor manera es algo que se puede resaltar de su pasado. Su acometido era el de Responsable de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo. Durante este per\u00edodo acumul\u00f3 11 campeonatos mundiales de F\u00f3rmula 1, incluidas 80 carreras ganadas con estos equipos antes mencionados. Anton fund\u00f3 Allinsports en 2008 especializ\u00e1ndose principalmente en la formaci\u00f3n avanzada de pilotos y fue un socio t\u00e9cnico de la Ferrari Driver Academy desde sus inicios en 2009, trabajando en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con ex-compa\u00f1eros de Ferrari F\u00f3rmula 1. Esta colaboraci\u00f3n continu\u00f3 durante 10 a\u00f1os y vio el crecimiento de varios campeones y talentos incre\u00edbles como Charles LeClerc.
